Energy Myth-busters Competition

Debunking Myths Around Energy: I am passionate about dispelling the myth that improving Energy Productivity and reducing greenhouse gas emissions needs to cost.

Ensight has saved its industrial clients over R500 million or USD40 million without any capital investment, and all cash flow positive. We can demonstrate that energy intensive industries and more broadly society can profit from addressing climate change.

Several inspiring post graduate students at the University of Cape Town and Cape Peninsula University of Technology created videos to dispel a myth around energy. Emmanuel Chukwuchendo MEng: Chemical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology was announced the winner of the R3,000 prize at Western Cape Student Chapter of Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) function on Thursday 4 August.

Congratulations Emmanuel.
